Payment
50% of the total amount has to be paid as a deposit to block the requested dates. The remaining 50% has to be paid four weeks prior to your arrival.
Security deposit: 1.000€ of security deposit has to be paid before arrival, and will be refunded completely in case of no damage within two weeks after your stay.
Cancellation: If you cancel until 45 days prior to your arrival we will refund the 50% deposit that has already been paid; cancellations within 45 days to your arrival will not be refunded.
